What to do about metal in chinese food?

I ordered beef lo mein, I was almost done with it when i felt a scratch in back my mouth and bit something hard, when I spit the food out there was a curled metal shaving in the food. I called the place and they said it is okay they use the metal to clean the wok and its small so ill be okay and hung up. What am i suppose to do? Do I just let it go or what?
