Do I have to go to a dealership to get another key/keyless entry Fobik for my 2008 Dodge Grand Carvan?

I have two key Fobiks for my '08 Carvan. The portion that starts the van works, but the keyless remotes don't. I'm guessing it's because we sent both keys through the wash. Now our dealership wants to charge us two arms and a leg for a new key (for keyless entry). Can I just buy a new key fobik online and program it myself?
