I have been using a penis stretcher for a week and I gained .5 inches in girth. Is that normal?

My penis is 6.5 in lenght and 4.5 in girth. Yeah I know its small I've been told by 3 girls that it is small. So I bought the X4 labs penis stretcher. I wore the stretcher for a week and gained .5 inches in girth. I don't know if that is normal or if my penis is just swollen. So now I have 5 inches in girth. The girls told me that a good penis size was between 8 and 10 inches. Which makes me wayyyyyy below average. So I'm making the uncomfortable sacrifice of using a penis stretcher. Has anyone out there used the stretcher and gained girth in a week? Please don't answer if you are going to write stupid comments. I am not GAY and I am not trying to pick up chicks. I am insecure about my penis size that is why I bought the stretcher. It promises to help you gain 30% in lenght and 40% in girth. I hope it woks so I can pound those 3 chicks that told me I was small into a new dimension!!!!
