Hello everyone... i need advice about my legs,my right legs is smaller than my left legs,?

my right legs is smaller than my left legs,i have this sense i was child,my parents told me that i fall-down and they din`t noticed that i get this problem...now i was 27 years old and i fell so really shame and jelouse to girls that can easely wear those shortpants and leggings,,cuz i cannot wear those one,,only because of my right legs is small,can somebody help me or advice me to what i have to do to make this problem gone..hope there is some doctors out there that can give me advice...
