If i have a capacitor that's is puffed up ... will it be fixed if i jst flatened it /?

lets say i have a motherboard and its capacitors ar a little blown up ... (not blow as in BOOM, i mean puffed up) if i reflaten the tops of the capacitor, can it be told that its a good capacitor ??/ ( as in it woks properly ??)
