Need childcare help please :(?

My kid came a few days ago all excited about his new friend who apparently dressed up as a bear was called pedro and played really fun games with him in his van and got some candy. He has stopped contact with all his other friends and i dont want him to only have 1 friend because its good to have more. what can i do to change his mind?
