Getting back at the evil neighbor?

Act as an anonymous neighbor. Say that you have what they did on video tape. Dont get specific just say that you know what they did. And write that they must make amends and pay for any damage caused or the video will be turned into the police within 24 hours. If they come knockin then you know who it was, if they do not come knockin then maybe it was not them. Maybe its some neighbor hood punks out late at night. That actually just happened to me about a week ago. Kids these days!!!!
