How to apply for Visa Schengen to get a job in Europe?
Schengen visa valid for 25 European countries are only issued for a short term stay (up to 90 days per 6 months) for tourists, visitors of family or friends, or for business purposes. They do not allow to work in any Schengen country. Those who want to work in Europe need to look into the individual national immigration law that describes the procedures how a long stay national visa can be obtained and what the requirements are after arrival in the country (police or commune registration, residence permit application, etc.). Most EU countries restrict the issue of work permits to highly qualified graduated applicants with appropriate experience in their jobs. Furthermore there must be a gap which was not able to be filled by the local workforce or the workforce of the European Union. At the present economic situation most companies do not take the administrative hurdle to justify instatement of non-EU foreigners as long as they can easily fill vacations with presently unemployed EU citizens. In April 2011 the European labor market will be completely open for citizen of those countries that joined the Union in 2004 (all except Bulgaria and Romania). This will make it even harder for non-EU citizen to get a job in Europe. You better get home and work in your country for a couple of years in order to get the required job experience before you start to look for jobs somewhere else..
